These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase from the FundReady SA website at fundready.store ("we", "us", "our"). By buying or downloading any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
1. Who we are
FundReady SA is a South African digital-products business selling document toolkits and templates for entrepreneurs, side-hustlers and SMMEs. Contact: support@fundready.store.
2. Our products
We sell digital downloads (PDF and Excel templates, guides and checklists). Products are delivered electronically and are for the purchaser's own business use. Prices and product details are listed on our Pricing page.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised, after which your download is made available and a confirmation email is sent.
4. Licence & intellectual property
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. All content remains the intellectual property of FundReady SA. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, share, or publish our files, in whole or in part, whether free or for payment.
5. No guarantee of funding
Our products are informational tools and templates. They help you prepare complete, professional documents — but we do not guarantee that you will receive funding, a loan, a tender award, or any specific outcome. Funders and tender boards make their own independent decisions. FundReady SA is not affiliated with NYDA, SEFA, SEDA, IDC, NEF, CIPC, SARS or any government body or funder.
6. Accuracy & your responsibility
Funding programmes, fees, forms and compliance requirements change over time. You are responsible for confirming current requirements on official channels before you apply, and for the accuracy of the information you put into our templates.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundReady SA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including rejected applications, lost funding, or business losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our products for any unlawful purpose.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
